To secure a reservation slot, a non-refundable consultation fee of $20.00 is required. It is important to note that in the event of a no-show to the scheduled meeting, this fee will not be subject to refund or transfer to an alternate date. In the majority of cases, the fee will be deducted from the total amount of your order.
In order to effectively prepare for your upcoming meeting, we kindly request that you take a proactive approach by exploring visual references on platforms such as Pinterest or Google. This will assist you in establishing a clear direction for the artistic aspects of your order. We recommend creating a comprehensive mood board that encompasses various elements, such as colors, fonts, themes, and styles, or curating a diverse collection of images that align with your desired design. You are welcome to utilize applications like Milanote, PureRef, or any other mood board-styled tool that suits your preferences.
I have a preference for conducting meetings on Discord, utilizing either voice or text communication. Please be advised that orders lacking sufficient detail will either be declined or postponed until the necessary information is provided.

Please note that the figures presented herein are initial pricing estimates for my services. They are subject to adjustment based on the specifics of your order. The final cost will be determined following a thorough consultation, allowing for a more accurate assessment. These figures are provided solely to offer a rough range within which your order may fall. A comprehensive and definitive estimate will be provided upon the conclusion of the consultation process.

Refund Policy
Payments for customized design projects are remitted to Love Lab in a segmented manner, serving as a gesture of convenience towards the client. The agreed-upon terms necessitate an initial payment of 50% of the total project cost to initiate the commencement of work. Subsequently, the remaining 50% of the payment is expected upon the delivery of the finalized files.
Once a payment or deposit has been made, it is non-refundable. In the event of a project cancellation or postponement, all funds paid will be retained by Love Lab, without any exceptions.
